Job Summary
As a full-time Promotions Manager, this role will develop and execute promotional campaigns across digital and eCommerce platforms, managing the entire operational lifecycle of promotions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute promotional campaigns across various cycles using in-house promotions engine and CRM stack
- Manage the full-year promotions roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business goals through collaboration with stakeholders
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of digital marketing or CRM experience
- Strong project management skills with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret performance and ROI from data
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Preferred: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze) and incentive/loyalty platforms (e.g., Talon.One)
