Prompt Engineer
Job Summary
To support the expansion of the Prompt Engineering team, the full-time Prompt Engineer will analyze business processes, design scripts and prompts for AI agents, and develop methodologies for assessing AI performance, all while working remotely across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze client-side business processes by studying internal instructions and real conversation transcripts
- Design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate identified processes based on analysis
- Create training and test data sets and develop methodologies to assess AI agents' performance
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or conversational AI projects, preferably in fintech or telecom
- Proven experience with prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) in real product use cases
- Experience in designing end-to-end conversational flows for chatbots or AI agents
- Familiarity with prompt testing, QA, and AI observability tools
- Background in UX Design or UX Research is a strong plus
