Property Adjuster - Lender Placed

Job Summary

Supporting insurance and claims operations for Lender-Placed and Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, the fully remote Desk Property Adjuster - Lender Placed will manage claim investigations, analyze policy documentation, and ensure timely resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate property claims, including analyzing policy and loan documentation
• Evaluate coverage, verify damages, and identify potential fraud indicators
• Collaborate with internal teams, lenders, and servicers to facilitate claim resolution

Required qualifications

• Experience investigating property claims
• Familiarity with Xactimate software is strongly preferred
• Active adjuster license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity in applicable states
• Basic understanding of residential construction and repair
• Knowledge of subrogation or fraud potential determination
