Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Inside Property Contents Adjuster will handle complex claims, conduct thorough investigations, negotiate settlements, and utilize advanced technology to assess damages, all while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with policies, requiring a Property Adjuster License.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage escalated claims files and conduct detailed coverage investigations
• Negotiate claim settlements with customers and coordinate with structure adjusters
• Utilize advanced video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors for damage assessments

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience using estimating software like Xactimate for complex contents estimating
• Previous experience handling property insurance claims
• Experience managing 100+ inventory items per claim
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively
• Organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment
