Job Summary

Managing complex, high-severity residential property claims remotely, the full-time Inside Property Adjuster - Remote will handle claims typically exceeding $100,000 in loss value, overseeing the investigation, negotiation, and resolution processes without field inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex homeowners property claims involving significant damages
• Manage large loss claims resulting from fire, weather events, and other major property losses
• Collaborate with contractors, independent adjusters, and internal stakeholders to drive claims toward resolution

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience handling large loss residential property claims, typically exceeding $100,000
• Strong understanding of residential construction and property damage assessment
• Experience reviewing and interpreting Xactimate estimates
• Ability to independently manage complex claims with minimal oversight
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex files simultaneously
