Property and Casualty Account Manager

Job Summary

Promoting and renewing assigned insurance coverage, the full-time remote Client Relations Account Representative will manage customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels while facilitating the application and underwriting process for existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of customer contact to promote and renew coverage and sell ancillary products
• Facilitate the application and underwriting process, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and submitted
• Document sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and maintain customer relationships post-sale

Required qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license
• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels
