Job Summary

Leading a team of Auto Damage Claims Adjusters, the full-time remote Auto Damage Claims Supervisor will oversee the claims process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of claims adjusters throughout the auto claims process
• Develop and implement coaching techniques to enhance individual and team performance
• Monitor claim activities and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of auto claims handling experience required
• 3+ years of customer service experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must obtain and maintain a current Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License in at least one US State
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims settlement procedures
