Property and Casualty Insurance Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time remote Property and Casualty Insurance Representative will provide insurance quotes, service policies, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize a consultative sales approach to provide insurance quotes and close sales
• Deliver high-quality support and guidance on insurance policies, addressing complex inquiries related to billing, renewals, and endorsements
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain professional relationships with internal departments to enhance the customer experience

Required qualifications

• Current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. State, or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple applications effectively
