Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance customer service in the insurance sector, the full-time remote Insurance Account Specialist will process routine insurance tasks, respond to customer inquiries, and support senior team members while adhering to quality and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and complete routine tasks in the Agency Management System
• Support senior specialists and account managers by proactively addressing service-related issues
• Collaborate with offshore teams to process client work and provide constructive feedback

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current Property and Casualty License preferred (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
• 2+ years of insurance experience required (personal lines, commercial lines, life & health, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
• Technological proficiency and ability to navigate various client and internal systems
