Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist
Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end marketing process for small commercial lines renewals, the full-time Renewal Marketing Specialist will negotiate carrier terms, prepare proposals, and ensure seamless account transitions, all while working remotely but within proximity to a USI office in select states.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize carrier rating tools to secure competitive quotes for accounts up to $10K in revenue
- Negotiate coverage terms with carriers and prepare detailed comparison summaries for clients
- Maintain relationships with carrier underwriters and ensure accurate documentation in agency management systems
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Comprehensive understanding of property & casualty coverages and underwriting concepts
- Industry designations such as CIC, ARM, AAI, CPCU preferred
