Job Summary

Engaging with customers during critical moments, the full-time Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Retention Specialist will provide exceptional support through inbound calls and emails, focusing on educating pet owners about the value of their coverage while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy, delivering exceptional service through inbound calls and emails
  • Manage high call volumes with empathy and efficiency, while de-escalating challenging situations and providing solution-oriented support
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain detailed records of communications
Required qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in customer retention or account management in a fast-paced call center environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role with a proven track record in retaining customers
  • Ability to de-escalate difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states
