Job Summary

Engaging with customers to foster long-term relationships, the full-time Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Retention Specialist will provide exceptional service through inbound calls and emails, focusing on educating pet owners about the value of their coverage while working remotely on a Pacific Time schedule.

Key responsibilities
  • Educate and support customers requesting to cancel their policy, delivering exceptional service through calls and emails
  • Manage high call volumes with empathy and efficiency, while addressing customer concerns and de-escalating challenging situations
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain detailed records while meeting productivity targets
Required qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in customer retention or account management in a fast-paced call center environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role with a proven track record of retaining customers
  • Ability to de-escalate difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently in a remote setting
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states
