Property & Casualty Account Representative

Job Summary

Assisting Account Managers in client tasks, the remote Select Commercial Lines Account Representative will process policies, maintain agency systems, and support client retention efforts while residing in Washington, Oregon, Utah, or Colorado.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and process client policies, endorsements, and cancellations for accuracy
• Maintain accurate information in agency management systems and assist with online carrier rating
• Support Account Managers in preparing documents for client renewals and invoicing policies

Required qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred
• Property & Casualty license highly preferred, with a willingness to obtain it
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Resourcefulness and eagerness to learn new concepts and continue professional development
• Strong working knowledge of internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products
