Job Summary

As an entry-level opportunity, the full-time remote Associate Claims Examiner will process and manage low-complexity insurance claims, assist in investigations, and support higher-level examiners while developing technical knowledge of claims handling principles.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in investigating and analyzing basic claim information to support coverage and liability determinations
• Handle low-complexity First Party Property and/or Renters Claims following established guidelines
• Communicate with policyholders and agents throughout the claim lifecycle, providing updates and ensuring customer service excellence

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• No prior claims handling experience required; customer service or related experience is a plus
• Must obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance Adjuster License within the first 90 days of hire
