Property & Casualty Associate
Job Summary
Supporting the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business, the full-time Associate Client Representative will provide excellent customer service to clients while maintaining accurate account details and processing policy endorsements in a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in the EPIC system
- Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system-generated letters
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Licensed or in the process of obtaining a state Property & Casualty insurance license
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products
- Ability to learn coverage fundamentals and industry information
