Property & Casualty Associate Producer

Job Summary

Driven by a passion for helping small businesses thrive, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Associate Producer will prospect, quote, and close new business opportunities while managing a robust pipeline of leads.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospects through high-level communication via phone and email
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects to achieve annual sales targets
• Develop cross-selling strategies for existing client books and provide quote comparison reviews

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Property & Casualty license required (in-progress will be considered)
• Minimum one year of experience in Commercial Lines marketing or placement
• Functional knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services
• Ability to present and build trust with confidence and expertise
