Property & Casualty Claims Advocate

Job Summary

To deliver fast and fair claims experiences, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Claims Advocate will investigate liability claims from start to finish, ensure efficient payment processes, and communicate clearly with customers about coverage decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage the full lifecycle of liability claims from first notice to final resolution
• Ensure claims are paid efficiently and fairly while prioritizing customer experience
• Communicate with customers to explain complex coverage decisions in plain language

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property liability and injury liability claims handling
• Background with litigated and attorney-represented files is a significant advantage
• Property & Casualty adjuster license in the resident state is strongly preferred
• Experience with a large national carrier, ideally in renters or homeowners insurance
• A college degree is required
