Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative, who will manage inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs, converting sales leads into policyholders while enjoying paid training and licensing opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls and consult with customers to identify appropriate insurance products
• Complete paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license as part of the onboarding process
• Work a flexible schedule that includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, ensuring availability for customer needs

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary for closing sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficient typing capabilities and PC skills
