Property & Casualty Insurance Agent
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Insurance Agent will assist customers by providing information about products and services, resolving inquiries, and ensuring compliance with policies during the afternoon shift from 12:00-8:30pm EST.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints in accordance with service level agreements
- Analyze and resolve problems related to member accounts while assisting team members as needed
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Required qualifications:
- Must have and maintain a Property & Casualty License or obtain within 45 days of hire
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, call center, or a similar field
- No formal education requirement
