Job Summary
Supporting Personal Risk Producers in a remote capacity, the National Marketing Tech Assistant will manage new business submissions, assist with quoting and marketing summaries, and maintain accuracy in agency management systems.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Specialist to review and submit new business submissions
- Assist in gathering follow-up information from Producers on new business wins
- Help complete marketing summaries, outlining terms, rates, and carrier responses
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate; college degree preferred
- Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one
- Knowledge of agency management systems and underwriting processes
- Familiarity with Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred
- Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office suite
