Job Summary
Managing inbound and outbound communications, the remote Property & Casualty Insurance Representative will provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and addressing client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with care and professionalism
- Resolve issues on the first call by actively listening and providing proactive support
