Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist will manage day-to-day personal lines insurance for active clients, handling 30-50 calls per day remotely while educating customers about policy coverages and fulfilling inbound sales requests.
Key responsibilities
- Inform and educate customers about policy coverages, changes, and insurance needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries and requests from various communication channels
- Maintain knowledge of personal lines insurance and adapt to various insurance carrier rating websites
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines - Auto and Home products
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to work remotely from the United States with specified internet requirements
- Availability to work from 12pm-9pm EST and one Saturday every four weeks
