Job Summary
Managing day-to-day operations in personal lines insurance, the full-time Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist will handle 30-50 calls daily, focusing on inbound sales, customer education about policy coverages, and ensuring quality fulfillment for clients while working remotely from the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Educate customers on policy coverages, changes, and insurance needs
- Respond to inquiries and manage requests from clients via various communication channels
- Research market conditions and maintain knowledge of state insurance guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines - Auto and Home products
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to work remotely in the United States with specific internet requirements
- Availability to work from 12pm-9pm EST and one Saturday every four weeks
