Managing day-to-day operations for personal lines insurance, the full-time remote Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist will handle 30-50 calls daily, focusing on inbound sales, customer education about policy coverages, and ensuring quality fulfillment for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Educate customers about policy coverages, changes, and insurance needs
- Respond to inquiries and manage requests from clients through various communication channels
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions and state insurance guidelines to provide effective solutions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines - Auto and Home products
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to work from home in the United States with specified internet requirements
- Availability to work from 12pm-9pm EST and one Saturday every four weeks
