Job Summary
To support the marketing of new business and challenging renewals, the remote Marketing & Placement Assistant will gather and document client information, complete applications, and assist with proposals while utilizing various technology platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Compile complete submissions for the Placement Specialist by gathering information from multiple sources
- Complete applications, obtain loss runs, follow up on quotes, and document files according to company guidelines
- Create customized proposals and process billing for agency-billed accounts
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of commercial insurance marketing, placement, or related Property & Casualty experience
- Active Property & Casualty license in resident state
- Experience with agency management systems and insurance carrier platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
