Property & Casualty Licensed Certificate Specialist

Job Summary

Providing professional-level support to construction clients, the full-time Certificate Specialist will manage certificate of insurance requests, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and analyze certificate requests for compliance with client contracts and insurance requirements
• Exercise judgment in determining appropriate coverage representation and escalate complex issues as needed
• Collaborate with account managers and brokers to support construction clients' operational needs and project timelines

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or construction-related roles preferred
• Property & Casualty license may be required or obtained within a designated timeframe
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn agency management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
