Job Summary
To enhance the commercial sales team, the remote Property & Casualty Licensed Consultant will sell various commercial insurance products, provide exceptional customer service, and mentor junior sales specialists while working in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Sell multiple commercial insurance products, ensuring compliance and exceptional customer experience
- Provide mentoring and coaching to Inside Sales Specialists to foster their development
- Maintain knowledge of insurance carrier guidelines and stay updated on regulatory changes
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Property & Casualty license required
- 3 or more years of commercial sales experience preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
- Authorization to work in the United States; not available for residents of California, Alaska, or Hawaii
