Job Summary
As a full-time Property & Casualty Licensed Inside Sales Representative working remotely, the candidate will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to identify their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on insurance needs
- Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching them with appropriate coverage and products
- Participate in paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license if unlicensed
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales/service-related role
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in typing and PC usage
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
