Property Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving commercial property claims, the full-time remote Property Claims Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and customer-focused claim outcomes while adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for resolving moderate to complex commercial property claims
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives and processes related to claims
• Investigate claims, assess coverage issues, and negotiate resolutions while maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in insurance claims, specifically in property and casualty claims
• Proper adjuster licensing in all applicable states
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry practices and policy construction
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work core hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm in your time zone
