Job Summary

Seeking a licensed Property Claims Adjuster II, the remote position will manage moderate severity property claims by investigating, documenting, and negotiating settlements while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and document property claims, including policy reviews and preparing estimates
• Communicate claim updates and decisions effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Act as a resource for less experienced staff and support catastrophe response as needed

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of property claims experience
• Estimating skills
• Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license as necessary
• Strong organizational abilities
• Empathetic interpersonal skills
