Property Claims Manager
Job Summary
Leading the property claims handling process, the full-time remote Property Claims Manager will oversee first-party property claims, manage vendor performance, and drive strategic improvements across the Property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and technical direction for first-party property claims, including large and high-exposure losses
- Monitor and manage third-party administrator (TPA) performance through audits and performance scorecards
- Coordinate with legal partners on strategy and litigation management, while leading initiatives to improve claims workflows and performance analytics
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in claims within a desk adjusting environment (MGA, insurer, or TPA)
- Proven experience managing desk adjusting and property claims teams
- Demonstrated success in managing TPAs and claims vendors
- Advanced knowledge of property coverage forms and claim management strategies
- Adept at claim system tools and performance tracking in a remote-first environment
