Property Compliance Operations Advocate

Job Summary

Providing day-to-day support for an assigned portfolio, the full-time Source-to-Contract Operations Advocate will manage supplier record setup, compliance program support, and third-party credentialing coordination in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with supplier compliance programs, third-party credentialing processes, and ongoing training on e-procurement systems
• Maintain supplier records and attributes across property accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide ongoing support by managing the Help Desk queue and responding to tickets and emails within established timeframes

Required Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred; applicable experience will also be considered
• Relevant experience in procurement, accounts payable, or property operations; college degree a plus but not required
• Prior experience in the multi-family real estate industry preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management, and database management tools
• Basic mathematical skills necessary for financial records and reporting
