Property Loss Adjuster

Job Summary

Handling a diverse caseload of property claims, the fully remote Property Loss Adjuster will investigate, manage, and settle claims while collaborating with insurers, policyholders, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial and domestic property claims
• Investigating losses and producing detailed reports and recommendations
• Negotiating settlements and pursuing recoveries where appropriate

Required qualifications

• Experience handling property claims from cradle to grave
• Strong investigation and claim management skills
• Good understanding of construction, mitigation, and liability principles
• Ability to assess policy coverage and quantum with confidence
• CILA and/or CII qualifications are desirable
