Property Loss Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing a varied caseload of domestic and commercial property claims, the full-time Property Loss Adjuster will take ownership of claims from start to finish while working remotely and delivering high-quality service to policyholders and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed activity levels to continuously reduce work in progress (WIP) and process invoices within three working days
• Maintain regular updates for policyholders and stakeholders at least every 10 days throughout the claim process
• Ensure accurate data management and file compliance with audit standards while preparing reports for clients

Required qualifications

• Significant experience as a Property Loss Adjuster with a strong background in domestic and commercial claims
• Recognized professional qualifications at a diploma level or actively pursuing them
• 5 GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent, including Math and English
• Proven ability to manage and organize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work nationally with occasional overnight stays and on standby during busy periods
