Property Management Systems Trainer

Job Summary

Designing and delivering training programs for property management systems, the exempt remote Systems Trainer will enhance employee proficiency through engaging sessions and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with various teams to align training with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs focused on property management platforms and operational processes
• Conduct interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees, utilizing varied instructional techniques
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5 years of experience in systems training, property management operations, or instructional design
• Proficiency with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.) and learning management systems (LMS)
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex system workflows into clear, learner-focused instruction
