Job Summary
Detail-oriented and driven, the full-time Property Preservation Specialist III will manage property preservation tasks for clients, order bids, and monitor properties to ensure compliance with agency guidelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Order and manage property preservation services for properties serviced by clients
- Monitor vacant and damaged properties to ensure vendor compliance with guidelines
- Coordinate the eviction process and manage communication with vendors and clients
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or default mortgage servicing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property preservation or home repair
- Knowledge of eviction laws across all states
- Working knowledge of mortgage industry practices and real estate closing processes
