Property Preservation Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of property preservation staff, the full-time Property Preservation Supervisor will oversee vendor operations, ensure compliance with property inspections and hazard claims, and serve as the main point of contact for vendor-related inquiries while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop assigned staff while managing vendor performance and compliance
• Prepare reports for management and coordinate proactive communication with vendors regarding default-related issues
• Assist in special projects and monitor team performance, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in default mortgage servicing or mortgage banking
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of property preservation processes and relevant regulations
• Experience with LPS-MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) and related systems
