Proposal Analyst
Job Summary
To support the acquisition of new business and retention of clients, the full-time remote Proposal Analyst will plan, organize, and manage requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) while fostering collaboration across various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the proposal, RFP, and RFI process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and other Subject Matter Experts to create accurate, customer-facing materials
- Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that meet solicitation requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3 - 5 years of related experience in preparing proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Excel, and Adobe highly preferred
