Proposal Analyst

Job Summary

Managing multiple requests for proposals (RFPs) in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, the full-time remote Proposal Analyst will lead the RFP process by coordinating with various internal teams to produce accurate and compelling proposal materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission
• Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure accuracy of proposal content
• Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with solicitation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent skills or experience
• 4+ years of project management experience or experience supporting RFPs and proposals
• 2+ years of insurance experience, preferably in employee benefits
• Familiarity with proposal development tools, content libraries, or RFP management systems
• Ability to work independently on routine to moderately complex projects with minimal oversight
