Proposal Analyst
Job Summary
Focused on analyzing and responding to functional requirements for Enterprise Payments RFPs, the full-time Proposal Analyst will manage technical and functional questions, develop persuasive responses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provides structured analysis of RFx to inform bid/no bid discussions
- Owns the completion of technical and functional responses for RFPs and related documents
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to validate responses and maintain product knowledge
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with payments, financial technology, or complex technology solutions preferred
- Demonstrated experience responding to technical and functional requirements in RFPs
- Strong analytical skills to identify requirements and validate sources
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and working proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools
