Job Summary
Managing multiple requests for proposals (RFPs) in a fast-paced, remote environment, the full-time Proposal Analyst will lead the RFP process, coordinating with various internal teams to produce accurate and compelling proposal materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission
- Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure accuracy of proposal content
- Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with solicitation requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent skills/experience
- 2+ years of project management experience or experience supporting RFPs and proposals
- Experience working with insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with proposal development tools, content libraries, or RFP management systems
- Ability to work independently on routine to moderately complex projects with minimal oversight
