Proposal Architect

Job Summary

Engaging in proposal development and client onboarding, the remote Proposal Architect will analyze prospective clients' financial data, prepare detailed proposals, and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client while maintaining a collaborative approach with the Implementation team.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and analyze prospects' QuickBooks files and financial reports to prepare for data file review calls
• Participate in File Review calls, capturing key insights and preparing draft proposal documents
• Collaborate with the Implementation team to support client onboarding and refine the proposal process based on outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Client Accounting Services (CAS) environment
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, with practical experience in QuickBooks or similar systems
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data
• Experience in proposal preparation and contract review
• Familiarity with implementation processes and procedures is preferred
