Job Summary
To support the proposal development process, the full-time Proposal Coordinator will manage compliance, coordinate content contributions, and ensure high-quality submissions for federal proposals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Proposal Manager in developing outlines, compliance matrices, and schedules while ensuring timely content contributions from various departments
- Write and edit proposal sections, translating technical input into clear, evaluator-friendly language and ensuring alignment with customer requirements
- Maintain the content library and create templates and checklists to improve quality and consistency across proposals
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three to five years of experience supporting federal government proposals
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders
- Familiarity with APMP or Shipley methodologies and experience coordinating within structured proposal processes
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
