Proposal Developer

Job Summary

Managing proposal development for the Water & Environment sector, the full-time remote Proposal Developer will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, create persuasive content, and design visual materials to support successful submissions and interviews.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage RFQ, RFP, and statement of qualifications responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and deadlines
• Research, write, and edit proposal content while designing layouts and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft tools
• Facilitate interview preparation processes, including developing presentations and leading rehearsals to ensure effective messaging

Required qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, marketing, graphic design, technical communication, or a related field
• At least three years of experience in proposal development within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing, editing, and graphic design for proposals
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat, along with strong skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Understanding of structured proposal development processes and experience facilitating meetings and managing priorities
