Proposal Development Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on Enterprise Payments opportunities, the full-time Proposal Development Specialist will be responsible for the strategic development and coordination of high-quality proposals, ensuring compliance and timely submission while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage proposals from kickoff to submission, including scheduling, tracking, and compliance analysis
• Develop compelling proposal narratives by synthesizing input from subject matter experts and ensuring alignment with strategic messaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or comparable professional experience
• Experience in proposal writing, coordination, or sales enablement, preferably in technology or payments sectors
• Ability to interpret complex solicitation requirements and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; familiarity with proposal automation tools is preferred
• Understanding of responsible use of generative AI in proposal workflows is a plus
