Proposal Development Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Business Development team, the full-time Proposal Development Specialist will prepare high-quality proposals, clinical trial budgets, and Statements of Work (SOWs) remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and competitive responses to Sponsor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of customised proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs, collaborating with Business Development Managers and clinical teams
• Prepare initial clinical trial costing assumptions and develop CRO budgets using Alimentiv costing tools
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to obtain costing inputs and ensure accurate consolidated budgets

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in proposal development, clinical research, or CRO costing
• Previous experience building clinical trial budgets within a CRO environment is required
• Post-secondary certificate or diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline is preferred
• Good understanding of clinical trial budgeting and costing processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
