Proposal Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a knowledgeable and high-energy Proposal Lead, the full-time remote position will manage the pricing of Operations Content for Electronic Solutions proposals, ensuring compliance with government requirements and internal governance while also participating in process improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate pricing for manufacturing nonrecurring, labor, and material content in proposals
• Ensure proposals meet government compliance and internal proposal governance standards
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives within the Operations Proposal Group

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage a multi-tasked workload in a dynamic environment
• Experience in balancing independent decision-making with seeking assistance when necessary
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally while adhering to policies and procedures
