Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of proposal efforts, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage multiple government solicitations, ensuring compliant and high-quality submissions while collaborating with stakeholders to craft compelling narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the proposal lifecycle from kickoff to final submission, including timelines and team coordination
• Research and identify strategic government opportunities aligned with business objectives while ensuring compliance with procurement regulations
• Develop technical and operational content for proposals by interviewing subject matter experts and synthesizing their knowledge into tailored narratives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 4+ years of experience managing local, state, and federal government proposals
• Extensive knowledge of government procurement processes and contract vehicles
• Deep familiarity with regulatory frameworks including FAR and DFARS
• Proven ability to manage multiple proposal submissions and meet deadlines consistently
