Job Summary
Leading federal proposal efforts from solicitation release through submission, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage the lifecycle of proposals, ensuring compliance and competitiveness while collaborating with various teams to produce high-quality submissions for defense and civilian federal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned proposals through the full lifecycle, including RFIs, RFPs, and contract vehicle on-ramps
- Analyze solicitations and translate requirements into annotated outlines and compliance matrices
- Write, edit, and coordinate proposal content, ensuring alignment with win themes and customer insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5-7 years of experience in proposal development or management, with at least 2 years managing federal government proposals
- Working knowledge of the federal acquisition process and common contract types
- Hands-on experience running color team reviews within structured methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
