Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Geospatial Services team, the full-time remote Proposal Manager will manage the development of cohesive proposals, maintain schedules, coordinate resources, and implement win strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the proposal process by analyzing solicitation documents and coordinating technical content development
• Develop draft proposal documents and lead color review meetings to ensure quality assurance
• Participate in capture planning and support proposal process improvement through internal lessons learned

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field with 5-8 years of technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years of relevant AEC experience
• Previous proposal experience in Geospatial Surveys, Aerial Imagery, LiDAR, and related services is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and work in a team environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
